I'm pretty sure the sign proudly states 1.5 million square metres. I also thought that the Jandakot bush was "Bush Forever" or some equivalent and was protected?! Whatever, it looks disgusting and the place does not feel as welcoming as it did in days gone by. I wonder if the water table will rise and the resulting salt will eat away at JAH headquaters.
One can only hope!!!!
(And not take the rest of the airfield with it...)
