I wonder why any North American would need to work for a company located in the Middle East. We currently experience a world wide shortage of mechanics and pilots. Salaries in North Amrica seem to match or even exceed the pay in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Doha. In the civilized world you do not have to endure racial/religious profiling and the neverending bureucratic idiocies typical of a third world country. The UAE is a wealthy place, although their inhabitants lack comparable western culture or intelligence, they can buy it. You must realize that you are conforming to their standards and rules. Don't blame ADA for your problems, it's your choice to work in their kitty litter box.
