Never quit a job because you're pissed off at the old one..the same frustrations will resurface in different disguise at your new job...quit your job because the new one presents a new and exciting opportunity for CAREER advancement...many made their careers here and successfully so...but there is a lot to be said for being on home turf...particularly if wife and kids are involved..
