this is somehow correct. but...it will not fit in your Presario.... .. .And about RAM in a Presario, you cannot, unlike other PC users/owners/builders, just go on the road and buy these sticks, you need the Compaq sticks.. .. .You should, if you need to upgrade, consider a new machine, or a higher spec second hand one if money is an issue.
