Mad - there aren't going to be many Dash300 pilots left soon. The loss of Emb145 skippers is meaning that 8 skippers are starting to be tapped up for jet commands and the f/o's are getting scr3wed over by there own management not for the first time. Regardless of their seniority they are being told that they won't be progressing onto the jet but staying on the prop and being leapfrogged by Jerez "wonderkinds" and Deps because FlyBe is fearing that the whole 8 fleet is in meltdown. Well it will be soon enough because a crewroom straw pole has shown that these guys one reason for staying and gaining some jet experience has been taken away from them. Nice Own Goal That One
