Try this-

Hes been in 7 years = +3% a year
+ he's a TRE
+ Overtime
+housing (or utilities)
+Education
+profit share
+ (now) Flight pay.

You'll get to 250K AUD in a big hurry.

BTW, DECs get first year Captain pay.
