To go back to your original question provided that your ISP supports 128 rather than just 64 in dial-up-network right click on your connection (I assume BT Highway) and on the panel that appears click on Multilink/use additional devices/add. This should show you both your ISDN lines, click on the one that is not the one that you are already using then OK. This should then tie both your lines together and subject to your ISP give you 128. My ISP doubles the actual connection time when I use 128 and charges that way.. .. .Bon chance.
