I have been instructing for a couple of years now, building hours with a view of going into the airlines (just like hundreds of others
). Ultimately I would like the oppourtunity to become a check and training Captain but I was previously under the impression that one required a Grade One instructor rating with multi engine training approval for that! Could someone please put me out of my misery and let me know what the requirements are?
If I do require the Grade One then out come the books
