If they were actual failures (lighting caused or otherwise) why does it take up to 10 days to fix? Are Airservices lacking in manpower, spares or willpower to repair navaids in a timely fashion?
Pick up the phone, call the relevant centre (numbers in ERSA) and either ask them or ask for a number for the technical staff.
