Sorry no R44 input for you but I've operated 206's for quite long periods in Ethiopia, ISA +30 at 10-12,000ft. You'll only have about 70% torque available due ToT limiting and it is absolutely crucial to be into wind on landing and take-off.
This translated to three light pax and 100lbs of kit.
I used smokes grenades to give a genuine wind direction because we were landing in all sorts of random places where you couldn't rely on finding natural indications.
If you're using helipads regularly make sure you get a decent windsock up asap!

Sorry, didn't do any autos but I think you can expect lots of revs!
