Tryhard, the advice on buying your own home and letting Cathay pay it off is still valid as far as I am concerned. Obviously it will only work for someone who has a long term commitment in view with Cathay so it probably wouldn't suit you too well. As far as waking up and bugging out, that is my prerogative but thanks for the advice, son.
