If spring is stiff, does it need to be there?
The intention is that the physical movement of a
teetering rotorhub with a hub spring, or the shifting of the tie bar on a
teetering hub with offset hinges provide the force to 'reset' the orientation of the gyro-assemblage; twice per rotor revolution.
