Its quite good, but because it is not a game it only takes on true meaning if you have a purposefule use for it. I have v1.3 and the VNAV is hopeless and the FMC is quite limited for practising more advanced features, however for procedural training on this type it not too bad. That said it is very realistic compared to say FS2k.
