I completed a BAA assessment day at LHR in Jan. I start my new job at LHR in March.
The day was conducted by Hunter Roberts who seem to be a specialist Assessment Day organiser.
It was split into parts, you had a timetable with a list of where you needed to be and when.
It started with a "Welcome to BAA talkie bit and video." Then we had a Competencies Interview for 20 mins - one on one. Then "Challenging Situation" number 1 - which was roll specific. Then an hours written test. Then "CHallenging Situation Number 2"
Was all over by 2pm
Very friendly, very professionally done. Totally organised and effecient.
