tell your mate to stay where he is because he's very lucky with those TC. I can't agree more with all the comments of the other guys so far: bad traffic, high cost of living, degrading security and not to mention undesired attentions that our madames get from the men with the 'wobbling heads' on a daily basis make the overall picture not attractive at all.
If the wife really likes this place then he has to promise her they will come down once a year during the winter for the shopping festival..but believe me not more than that
