Yep, still use our so called "vital data" cards, it contains for takeoff takeoff flap setting, max N1, speeds, actual TOM, single engine acceleration altitude, MSA, and single engine procedure. Speeds and reduction are taken out of a paper performance manual. For Landing it contains flap setting, expected landing weight, Vref (taken from the FMC or a table on the cardholder), single engine acceleration altitude, MSA and ATIS information (most of the time only which ATIS and QNH).
We might move to a notebook (well, slate) based system soon though, no idea yet how thats gonna work. In the transition phase we're gonna use a different vital data card which will include performance calculation as well.
