I don't know much about how the application process works or how long the applications are backlogged- but for info I can tell that I have just received an internal letter saying that EZY needs to recruit 426 pilots before Sep 2007. More than 350 have already been contracted and secured on training courses so it looks like they only need to find 70 more pilots.
