Post NAIPS access via palm pc and mobile?
This question is aimed at the Oz aviation sector.

Does anyone know if any of the palms currently available have an operating system which would allow the installation of the NAIPS program? The ultimate aim being to access preflight briefing and notification via mobile phone.

I know it can be done via notebook PC but just looking at a more compact option.
