I'd have a look another look at the base transfer policy if I were you matey before making such statements......
I think that you should have another look at the transfer policy as there are currently greviences against the company with regards to transfers and policies around this. There are people on the transfer list and these ARE to be considered before taking on more people at particular bases. This isnt what has been happening hence the greviences. It has been like this before and the crew were found to be in the RIGHT and were offered the transfer before people were taken on/ kept on.
