I too am deeply offended
I am a QF FF Platinum as a result of earning a living in helicopter industry, and have never been given such good service.
What FF status is Mr. Fiennes? I will be very disappointed if he is not at least going for “Gold”
I’m travelling to Heli Expo ’07 later this month and will be looking for this new service level on my QF flight….
