Give the new Master 1 year of life at helm and then judge. If he is no good, well we will say it then. Itīll be around SEP or OCT. If he doesn't make it, well tough luck, he'll be booted out along with the team and another chapter will start and so on. The Government must try it until they find a suitable person rather then stay with the bad we know.
It sounds bad times for those who were untouchable, arrogant and above absolutely useless. Those are now trickling out and new ones are coming in. What goes around comes around... There will be those making "facelifts or suitably waving now a different flag" after those much heralded management salary hikes. Time will tell...
The problem here is the competent, proficient, dedicated EY/ETD employee still with the company. Those guys are once again being forgotten. Many left, many are still leaving and some have to stay because they have nowhere to go.
Having just written that, I wish this EY/ETD Management focus on the human resources first (Housing pls) and use (NOT abuse) them rationally and competently on the material resources to make it a profitable and well managed airline where the employee feels he/she can contribute for its success. Money should not be a problem.
For those who spent their time at EY/ETD polluting others' fresh air, wasting office space, and making others feel miserable and leave, and if some of those are the Employees for ETIHAD, well good luck in your new lives. For those still with the company, you either "reset your brain systems or start packing" otherwise you won't last long.
