JetAirways/Spicejet
From the looks of it, not too many expats at JetAirways or Spicejet are on pprune anymore. If Jet is needing 30-40 NG drivers b/c guys are quitting to go to their home countries for the summer, it can't be all good. Spicejet has had great reviews on pprune but it's been quiet as well on pprune. Not even sure if they are even hiring expats. I guess the lads are getting burnt out on flying 6 days a week with 1 measly day off. The two weeks off given after 8 weeks with no front/back end days off amounts to about 10 days off depending on where you commute to. They need to change that if they want to attract quality expat pilots. Who needs this kind of abuse?
