If the Airbus does make it to LGW Shorthaul, my bet is that it will be the A319s from LHR. Whether A330s would follow is anyone's guess. However, I am aware that it is a serious option. It also depends on the offer Boeing make with NGs.
I guarantee it will be one or the other and I have a feeling GB may not fit with this picture in it's current form.
