Well, I can see PW preparing the 24/20's for several of you once he finds out who this "dedicated" team of employees is.
Call me old fashioned or what but I firmly believe that if you start off on the bad foot you never rise up again!
I see planes, brand new et all, filthy inside, crew lost in the midst of their unhappiness, ground services as helpfull as a shot in one's foot or head and adds and publicity that doesn't match. All of this tells me that the whole thing is lopsided. The best thing that coule ever happen is for it to be disbanded and let the others that are certainly more professional carry out the good work they've been doing so far.
