whilst your remarks and comments may be well founded and probably correct, did you ever consider that, by revealing that you are a group of those who got ETIHAD going from the beginning, you now risk to be the very next on the list to get the bullet?
It is almost certain that the Belle Etage is monitoring what is posted here and elsewhere, and if that man and his bunch are what many claim them to be, the easiest for them would be to sort out all those who have been there for more than three years - and probably get away with it, too!
You are perfectly right, theoretically, ETIHAD has (or had???) an enormous potential and still some very dedicated and professional people - but not all throughout the higher ranks, a problem lots of other airlines are facing, too.
Do the Sheikhs, above all Sheikh Kalifa, realize this?
But then again.......as most things in the Gulf...it is all very political!
Don't despair and concentrate on your job, hopefully well done as always!
