I have never said BA is the bees knees. I am merely defending the point that even if GB take over LGW, and I have no preference either way, then BA will have to offer the current crew (who are mainline BA and in the NSP another job within BA) - as they are recruiting for crew at LGW, then the current crew cannot be made redundant (not a BA or union ruling but employment law) and secondly as the crew are in the NSP, if they were to be redundancies then it would be last in first out, so some LHR crew would be out before more senior crew.
i think you would find most current lgw crew would LOVE gb to take over lgw as it gets them to LHR in an instance
people like aspaceman are bitter as they were in the regions and got shafted as they were not in the NSP
again, i couldnt give 2 hoots if gb take over lgw or not, its just these silly posts saying that if they do all the lgw crew will be forced onto GB contracts, which is utter nonsense
