your photos are very very very important! they have to be professionally done and you need one passport photo and one full length photo. the full length photo should have you facing straight on at the camera and you should have a skirt and jacket suit on and your hair back... also wear that lovely red lipstick! dont have any loose hair hanging over your face. you want to look as close as possible to what you would look like in uniform. dont forget the final say on whether you are choosen is left to people in the office not the people interviewing you... and what do they have to look at? your photos! good luck!!!
