You must hold a JAA or UK frozen/unfrozen ATPL and MCC and have a minimum total experience of 1,500 hours including a minimum of 500 hours multi-crew commercial experience ranging from medium/heavy turboprop to medium/heavy jets or military background (heavy transport, fast jet or multi crew rotary).
this is the old requirements that you were able to find ages ago on their website! they then decided to change them into what they called "quality hours" which are 500 hours total time but at least on a heavy turboprop or light jet aircraft

Flybe, Bacon Cityjet ryanair and so have nothing to do with that. Moreover ryanair guys are direct entry pilots, which is very different from TRSS scheme.
(TRSS scheme is financially more interesting for easyJet than direct entry )
