http://www-usa.tpc.int/tpc_home.html this will let you send a free fax via e-mail to a large number of countries. They will attach an advert to the fax to cover the cost of sending it for you. I use
www.net2phone.com for making internet calls and sending faxes. This is a pay service but quite reliable.
