Managed to find a lead to the free UK site. I found a "subscribe" in my email add book. The service is called EastFax, from EasyNet, and looks as if it might be www. easyfax.net (or maybe .net.uk ?) Anyway, that should give you the search words to work with.
BTW - if you're trying to contact UK, you might like to look at
www.PC2Call.com, which is a bit like net2phone, but free to UK numbers and better quality!
