I always used to use my Omega Seamaster all the time except when flying with a goon suit with the rubber wrist seals - to prevent damage by the Omega's metal strap - then I put on my issue Seiko. Unfortunately the Omega's strap just broke, it costs shedloads to replace, so I am currently using the Seiko again. I have had mine for 10 years, it never loses time and it is generally OK.
