Sorry expatula, you seem to have got the wrong end of the spatula. I was referring to RAK Airways own recruitment policy published on their website and in aviationjobsearch. It's for ground staff, nothing to do with pilots. I would have thought your concerns about racism would be levelled at the people who think they can pay people from different nationalities less than others - why else do you think that they want Indians not Europeans (flight deck excepted). I'm just the messenger - my point is that if you are reading this and your skin is the wrong colour, don't bother applying to RAK Airways.
