That Dell sounds like a good deal. As I said above, find out exactly what the other components on board are. If you've never heard of them, chances are they are cheapo components to keep costs down.
We have some Dell computers at work and the sound cards, video cards and modems are, shall we say, "not of the best". I have no end of trouble with them and the sounds make your ears hurt!
