You are, indeed, right. The Pulsar watch is being provisioned via Seiko in place of the Seiko one we've been discussing. The reason I couldn't find the Defence Standard for is because Def Stan 66-4 Part No 2 (open to everyone on the DEFSTAN Website) has been cancelled.
