I have to agree with you. Just because a young guy or girl may not
“think” about pensions or medical cover when they are trying to get into CX or any carrier for that matter doesn’t mean they don’t
“want” it. I think some are reading too much into what our DFO is saying and putting words in his mouth to suit their own agenda.
