EasyJet is a country mile better than FR (I'm ex FR).
The problem for FR Captains at STN is the waiting list (over 30) to be based at STN. My experience suggests that FR guys will put up with almost anything rather than risk having to move base (or be bonded on the Airbus).
The other thing that FR guys tend to do when making comparisons is quote their highest pay-cheque of the year and conveniently forget the value of all the freebies at easy eg LOL, pension, food and drink, plus two award-winning share schemes and finally a no-strings leave allocation (25 days).
EasyJet has improved hugely over the past couple of years and most people will say they are "proud to be part of it" - I've yet to meet anybody proud to be working for Ryanair.
Making the move from FR to EZY is a no-brainer.
