Neil joined LEA as Chief Training Captain!
He was indeed working at LCY for NATS, but held an ATPL with TRE/IRE for his part-time work for some time before leaving NATS.
Can't blame Neil for 'The Tie'. This was in place before Neil arrived...... I think Glyn takes the dubious honour for the design......
