It depends on the total number of transparency,s you have.
I have thousands to transfer to CD.
I purchased the HP Photo Smart S20 for £300
and have been very satisfied.
So far I have scanned in Just under 1000
units at a rate of one every 2 minutes
I then put them on CD and print off thumbnails to make up an album.My duughter
Thinks it is a great way of presenting all the old photo's.
