It's awesome
The one I've flown has very little in the way of avionics (just compass, ASI, alt, t/s -no di/AH/radio navaids etc) and just the one radio. The cockpit is very spacious (it's a later-model supercub) and feels quite robust.
It's got very good shortfield performance, and generally is very nice to fly. Having said that, I've very little experience on type, and others will be able to tell you more.
The most tricky part so far I've found is getting into the damn thing! It is a lot of fun though, so I expect you won't regret it
