Don't count on TFly being in the UK at all by 2010

Could I ask what you are basing this on. In one sense you are correct Thomsonfly will not be around but Tuifly will be. The airline have place a fleet modernisation order with boeing for 65 aricraft (including an order for 24 new more efficient single aisle aircraft)
GRAHAMK not really sure to be honest. All the crew revceived a letter stating that GLA would be slimmed down. If I get anymore info i'll let ya know!
It has been said that Tui have sold the Thomsonfly routes to Globespan- who are trying to increase there route network from Scotland.
With regards to Stansted it has been a single fleeted base for a number of years now. It is a really trying time for all at Tfly at the moment with uncertainty in the air and the number of bases decreasing and people wondering if their jobs will be safe- even those at the bigger traditional BY bases.
I do personally hope that the company do have a plan- however the constant rumour mill on here and through galley FM has a really negative effect on crew morale- when to be honest alot of it is probably untrue.
