The Flight Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT) Level II that is based at PAS in Gloucester is the same one which HAI in Florida now use. Only problem is, don't think any of the IRI's hold a FAA CFII, which if you are outside your 6 months is what you require.
I know of a few CFII here in the UK (of which I'm one) but it may be Instructor availability, location and FNPT all being at the same place and the same time that may be the problem.
Don't know the costing of the FNPT here, but may well be worth booking yourself a cheapo return ticket to Florida, visiting the Heli Expo and popping into HAI at the same time. Make a holiday of it!!
