Commute is a matter of flights and I don't think that Zaventum offers that many do they??
Tax is a phone call away... the Dutch, Spanish and French for sure are ok (just tax HKG that's it) and think the Italian's are ok too... For the Scandi's it's a different (expensive) matter and the Germans seem to have trouble too..
Call them up and ASK.. Don't know of any Belgians myself ..
