Don't hold your breath
The rout of the team initially recruited to start the airline is nearly complete. Cabin Crew Manager fired and replaced by gyppo, the only dispatcher fired to fund pay increase to VPFO, who's days are clearly numbered as he's European and therefore too expensive. See recent recruitment policy of only hiring Indians and Philippinos. And of course they won't speak their minds when corners are cut and expenses are slashed. As I understand no word yet from GCAA following the audit, and remember that audit was for the suitability to operate one HS-125 with four pilots on a few private flights. Different story when they apply to get the 757 added to the AOC - how much more stringent will that audit be ? So don't hold your breath waiting to see the RAK Airways a/c aloft any time soon.
