can you just do you 80hrs and then head home?
NO sometimes you have to fly up to 120 Hours in 30 Days but as soon you get overtime there try to give you standby

I dont think so , why , there are flexible like high-grade steel.

Please do yourself a favour and check the open market , also in India. ( Spicejet , Kingfisher , Air India Express they give you a home base in Europe , Buisiness Class Tickets home and more etc
Very important whenever you leave to be aware that you get your NOC = No Objection Certificate before you leave , otherwise you are blooked for 6 Month to work for any other indian Carrier
