There was a report in the newspaper recently of an aircraft suffering 'brake failure' at the Koolyanobing airstrip.
What really got up my nose was the statement from the female Constable based at Southern Cross. I can't find the article now but it basically said that the incident should serve as a reminder to all pilots to conduct thorough pre-flight checks. WTF!!?!
