Although you would almost certainly be required to complete the full course, technically you are rated on the Q400 if you have have the -300 rating. It's a very different ship, though. The advantage to you is that, as a rated applicant, the bond is far smaller and for a shorter period.
The requirement for crews continues, especially if you are suitable for an early command. The only avenue through which to apply is the online form at flybe.com .
