With regard to the Cathay book it is called Preparing for Your Cathay Pacific Interview, The Pilots Guide. The ISBN number is ISBN 0-9682836-0-8. Is has some good stuff in it, including a technical quiz, which is not only used by CP. Be careful with the Ace the Technical Pilot Interview book, as there are a fair few errors in it in the answers. On saying that, it is not a bad tool to use for questions, but use your ATPL notes to supplement your study.
Of course use the search function on PPRUNE, as there is alot of good stuff about various different airlines and their recruitment process.
