Beg to differ Bro. I can guarantee that if I have a day out in Oz I will find without trying some spitting, belching, bundy rum tee shirt wearing feral with a scraggly goatee swearing and cussing while just "hangin around" waiting for the next dole cheque. It could be in a local park, the shops, at a sporting event - anywhere.
NEVER in HK have I been to shops, parks or ANYWHERE where I have seen what I would call a bogan-la. Think I've seen one piece of graffiti in my whole time here, and none of it on a train. Never seen a ripped seat on a train, and i've even had local youth give up their seats for my kids.
Anal, difficult, illogocal, blinkered and some may stupid, they may be. But they are not bogans.
