Could someone tell me what "school 10+2" equates to in North American terms?
It just means High school
In India High school is year 10 , and 2 yrs of Higher secondary/Pre University before you go to college! In short they just require you to have 12 yrs of schooling!
Also, once I've done the Com-Multi-Inst conversion, how do I convert my instructor certification? I found no mention of that on the DGAC site.
I havent heard of anyone converting their CFI/II/MEI ratings in india since there is no clear conversion process. But if you are looking at employment with flight schools in india, try talking to them! They'll 'arrange' for your conversions
