A request for help

On my current P.C. I use Netscape 3, I am about to replace it, and would like some help with changing browsers.

On the new P.C. i.e. have the option of IE4 or IE5. Any comments on which to use would be appreciated.

I will also need to copy across my address book and bookmarks. How can I do this with
the minimum of fuss? (Remember I am a bit slow with P.C.s so please explain I detail)
